Kevin and Kristina have over 15 years combined Property Management experience in the Okanagan specializing in the Kelowna, West Kelowna, Peachland and Lake Country areas. Kristina has over 10 years marketing experience which will allow her to advertise and promote any property to rent in a variety of inexpensive yet effective ways to get your property rented not just quickly, but to the right tenant at the right price. Kevin has been in Property Management one way or another since 1999 which has given him all the experience necessary to choose the right tenant, reinforce any and all bylaws or Residential Tenancy rules in order to keep our clients properties in good shape and rented long term.

Kevin & Kristina have developed organizational and management skills which will help them meet their client’s needs and expectations while representing Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty in the professional manner that the company has come to expect from it's representatives.
